Note to Birth Mom:

 “[A] hero is someone who does something for other people…, something that other men don’t and can’t do…. A hero does for others. He would do anything for people he loves, because he knows it would make their lives better.” We consider all birth parents – especially birth parents of the children we will one day adopt – to be true heroes, because their choices, though heart-wrenching, were made in the interests of the people they love. Birth parents do for adoptive parents what they cannot do for themselves, and this gift of love is amazing.

Because adoption is a gift of greatest love, your child will know that you made the choice to adopt out of love.

A little bit about us...We are Jacob and Kim and we have been married since Mar of 2010. We are true soul mates and our paths crossed right when they were meant to.
 

            Jacob has had a long running desire for children and has treated his nieces and nephews accordingly.  They all have strong bonds with Jacob, they ask where he is if they don’t see him walk in and when he is there, 2 or 3 of them will be wrestling with him or sharing his food on his lap.  Kim was told at 19 that having children might not be the best thing for her.  She was told she had a condition doctors at the time knew little about.  She went on to have 3 healthy boys and is healthy herself.  She took the Doctors advise and can no longer have children but is now healthy and safe from complication pregnancy presents.

During our 2^nd month of dating the subject of children arose and we both felt like adoption was the way, we were both comfortable growing our family and giving Jacob the opportunity to see a child grow from an infant on up.  We grew excited and every day since we have hoped a baby would find its way to be in the middle of our cuddles and a special part of our family.

Our hearts are full of love that we can share with another child, we will be there for their greatest achievements and their biggest sorrows and heartaches.

We have 3 boys who would love to be big brother protectors, they are so cute and have completely different personalities and interests they are so different right down to their eye color.
We are home study approved and are looking into all types of adoption. We are open to any race we are not gender specific we are even open to look at special needs children.

Things you need to know about our Family

-We are NOT perfect


-We always try and have FUN


-We love roller coasters


-We love ice cream and family night (except for me - I prefer a real mans treat like Prime Rib and Crab)


-We wouldn't know what to do without Google

-We have reptiles as pets because we have allergies to furry friends - We have Mitch the Ball Python, we have a 1 year old baby red Iguana, he is so cute.
 

-We have completely random conversations @ dinner


-We love all types of art, all of us

-We love being outdoors camping, 4 wheeling & boating with family

-We have special dishes for Sunday dinner


-We don't always have the best table manors - The first time the kids met my mom, my mom and I  taught them it's OK to lick their plates - mainly Jello and Gravy clean up but anything you like works


-We don't have everything we want, but we have everything we need to be Happy

Kim tries to plan out every second of the day…
Jacob keeps things relaxed by ALWAYS goofing off and coming up with silly things and he makes sure every second doesn’t have a plan.
